How do you see D&I evolving in Australia over the next 5 years?

The move in diversity and inclusion is from counting people (In metrics – ie how many women, POC, PwD etc) to including diverse insight into the development of work practices and products. This isn’t just about having the “right” or more diverse group of people in the room, it’s about creating the conditions so that their experience and opinions are heard and acted on. Australia has a way to go in this matter, but it’s happening in the more progressive organizations
