Connor Marwick

Connor Marwick is an Organizational Development professional who holds his Masters of Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Australia. He currently leads a team at TransLink, the Transportation Authority of the Greater Vancouver Area in British Columbia, Canada, who support the enterprise in programming related to leadership, culture, engagement, succession, learning, innovation and change. Connor works with a variety of individuals from all walks of life to build the internal capabilities and overall culture of the organization to meet its operational and strategic goals. Beyond this, Connor is also the chair of the TransLink Pride+Allies employee resource group, which aims to advocate for, support and celebrate 2S+LGBTQIA employees across the enterprise, and has conducted research into perceptions of marriage equality in Australia (conducted before the Australian Marriage Act Amendment in 2017), and it’s ties to other similar social justice issues across the globe.
