Gilberto has over 10 years of experience on the Diversity and Inclusion agenda with focus on Racial Equity. He is the Pact for Racial Equity co-founder and Executive Director Member of the JP Morgan Black Organization for Leadership Development (BOLD) LATIN America representing Brazil. He is also the Board Member of Brazil Foundation and of GIFE.
Gilberto has over 30 years of experience in the Financial Industry. He has held a number of senior roles at JP Morgan, Banco itau, Bank of America, Banco Boavista. Head of Private Bank LATAM Operations at JP Morgan. Graduation in Accounting with Post Graduation in Finance and Master Business Administration in Strategy
