LAUREN TODD STEINBACHER, Director, Strategic Workforce Initiatives at NEXT for AUTISM, is responsible for implementing inclusive workforce strategies with corporate partners by creating pathways for hiring and retaining talent with disabilities and autism. For the past 20 years, Lauren has helped individuals with disabilities become meaningful partners in their communities. Lauren served multiple terms as a Board Member of the Ohio Chapter of the Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE). She holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology degree from the University of Akron.
