Rachel’s background is varied and definitely not in a straight line. Starting with growing up in several different countries to high-school dropout and finally to leading learning and DEI for tech companies her journey to servant leader has taken 25+ years of building connections and trust. By leading with empathy she has focused on developing top talent and growing high performing, profitable inclusive teams.
