Rachel Scheel is a global executive leader for Inclusion and Diversity with a broad background in HR Partnership, Talent and Organisational Change. Originally from Australia, Rachel has been in the UK for thirteen years (originally only arriving for a 12-month international assignment). She an undergraduate HR degree from Queensland University of Technology, an MBA specialising in HR from the University of Wales, and she is currently finalising her Executive MBA qualification with Quantic School of Business. Rachel is passionate about all things talent, people and culture and has a breadth of HR executive level experience operating across large complex organisations.
