Richa Singh, is AVP – HR Diversity & Inclusion at Max Life Insurance. Richa has a rich experience of over 20 years in Learning and Development in the hospitality industry, along with extensive knowledge in the field of Diversity and Inclusion. A Coach and Trainer she firmly believes that inclusion is not only a human rights issue but a business imperative as well.
Her determined efforts in this field led her to be recognised in the Global Top 50 Ally Executives List 2020 by OUTstanding supported by Yahoo Finance. Richa has spoken at multiple panel discussions and conferences like the Human Rights Campaign at New York, Stonewall UK, Out and Equal, BeyonDiversity, as well as at various schools and colleges. In her previous assignment she took care of the Keshav Suri Foundation that works towards LGBTQ inclusion at a national level.
She collaborated with Pride Circle to get the Workplace Equality Index from the UK to India for the first time in 15 yrs. She has run projects with multiple NGO’s and CBO’s like Enable India, Queer Ink, Solidarity Foundation, Noida Deaf Society, Periferry etc.
