Tina has an extensive career leading organizations through periods of change, growth and rebranding. For the past eight years she has focused on providing strategic and change management leadership to drive Diversity and Inclusion efforts within financial and telecommunication institutions.
In her current role as Director, Diversity & Inclusion at Intact, Tina is responsible for the end-to-end leadership and program management of Intact’s Diversity and Inclusion portfolio. She provides thought leadership and works closely with the D&I Council, executive leadership, Employee Networks, Corporate Communications and HR community to define, develop and implement Intact’s D&I strategy.
Prior to this role, Tina led the D&I portfolio at Bell and was a D&I Strategic Initiatives Manager at BMO responsible for implementing D&I programs for some of Canada’s largest employers. In addition to implementing unconscious bias training, inclusive leadership, employee engagement and sponsorship programs, Tina spearheaded numerous task forces to assess and provide solutions to address systemic D&I issues.
With a passion for giving back, Tina currently serves on Canadian Women & Sport’s Gender Equity Advisory Committee and was a previous board member and Governance Committee Chair for Neuchâtel Junior College’s (NJC) Canadian Advisory Council and Links2Care agency.
A native of Montreal, Tina is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder and received her Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Economics and Public Policy and Administration from the University of Ottawa. She enjoys playing and coaching girls hockey.
