Code of conduct

The code of conduct enumerates the behavior Lormat Consulting Company supports and does not support.

Lormat Consulting Company does not ignore harassment or offensive behavior, at our conference venue.

We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language is not appropriate for any conference talks, workshops, panels or online media. We want all our conferences to be safe and productive for all.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, identity and expression, age, sexual preference, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity and religion inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. If you are being harassed or notice a participant being harassed, please contact one of the conference staff members immediately at the registration desk. The conference staff will be happy to help participants feel safe by taking necessary action to immediately stop this kind of behavior and / or inform relevant security personnel to take further action. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
